[AD – Gifted by Vape Club] Hello, hello, hello! How are you doing today, vapers? I’ve been having a good few reviewing days, trying and testing lots of new eliquids and devices, and I think it’s about time that I told you all about the latest eliquid that I’m a little bit obsessed with. It’s time for the BEAR FLAVORS Panda eliquid review.
ABOUT BEAR FLAVORS
Vape Club sent me my lovely box of BEAR Flavors vape goodies, along with an actual stuffed Bear from VapeFindr. In fact, VapeFindr is the brainbox behind BEAR Flavors, attempting to create a range that had a little something for everyone. There’s a fruity flavoured one, a dessert flavoured one, a menthol one, the custard one, and an ice cream one. I reckon that’s pretty much everyone covered. Well, apart from tobacco.
The five flavours on offer are:
Bear-themed; I LOVE it. I just so happen to have a rather soft spot for bears, after once seeing a mother black bear and her cub, exploring the wilderness in Canada. Without even thinking I almost got out of the jeep to take a photo, but a friend pulled me back in and educated me.
Lesson learned: You can’t get leave the safety of a vehicle to take photos of wildlife in Canada, because most of the animals are going to try and kill you. There was almost an incident with a moose once. In fact, there were almost two incidences with moose.
Anyway, back to the review.
My BEAR Flavors eliquids came as 4 x 10 ml bottles in cute little tubs, 3mg strength, but you can also buy 50 ml short fill bottles that are designed to be topped up with 10ml 18 mg nicotine shots to make 3mg strength juice.
4 x 10 ml bottles are £14.99, available in 3mg and 6mg strength.
50ml bottles are also available. You won’t find either of those on Vape Club anymore, though. The website no longer stocks them.
Oh, and if you’re buying nicotine shots, you’ll need to know the VG/PG ratio – it’s 80/20.
“I’ll include links to where you can find this range of eliquids at the bottom of this post, but the VapeFindr website looks to have been closed down. Not just the shop section; the whole thing. As has the London Vape Show website. What’s going on there, then?”
BEAR Flavors Panda Eliquid Review
I’ll be honest and say that I actually put off trying these for a while. I saw “cooling agent” on one of the bottles and just kinda assumed that they would all contain it. They don’t. In fact, only one or two of this range contains cooling agent.
“Fresh berries with a biscuit and custard layer, all blended into a bamboo mixer.”
Ingredients listed (in order) are: raspberry, cream, cookie, vanilla, and sweetener.
I have the bottle in my hand and I’m inhaling really deep as we speak … I think that Panda by BEAR Flavors smells like custard cream biscuits, but with jam. Raspberry jam. Ooooh, I know what they remind me of …
Seriously, that’s exactly what this eliquid smells like out the bottle. I’m a bit obsessed. Everyone knows I love a good custard cream. It was one of those biscuits that I used to steal off my mum when she wasn’t looking, and I’m not just talking about as a kid. I’ll do it now. I don’t care.
Hi, my name is Kim and I’m a biscuit fiend.
Considering raspberry is one of the top listed ingredients in BEAR Flavor’s Panda eliquid, I actually don’t think raspberry is the biggest or best thing about it. It tastes exactly how I would imagine a raspberry-flavoured custard cream biscuit to taste like – very biscuity, but with a tinge of raspberry that is sharp and sweet in equal measures. It’s a thick and warming flavour, and I think the cream helps to bring it together really well. You can taste the individual components that make up this juice, but they don’t overpower one another. Instead, they stack neatly on top of each other. Just the way I like it.
The exhale is slightly tarter and sharper than the inhale, I think, but the aftertaste isn’t to be forgotten about. It’s more biscuit and slightly ‘blander’ than the rest of the vape, but that’s not a bad thing. The flavour doesn’t disappear, but rather trail off nicely, leaving a few biscuit crumbs behind.
My absolute favourite at-home combo right now is BEAR Flavors Panda + Aspire Cleito EXO tank with 0.4-ohm coil + Vapor Storm Subverter 200W Box Mod, at about 40-45 watts. It’s an exquisite combination, giving plenty of clouds and oodles of flavour.
I think the Cleito EXO is one of the best tanks for flavour, but I figured I’d try the juice in a couple of lesser-power (translated as weaker flavour production) tanks, just to see what happens. Even in the weak-ass tanks, the flavour from this juice is pretty decent. I even threw it in the Wellon Tech Ripple, a device with a 1.4-ohm coil for both MTL and sub-ohm juices/vaping and loved it.
There’s a new flavour on the favourite’s shelf, ladies and gentlemen; welcome Panda by BEAR Flavors to the club.
BEAR FLAVORS PANDA ELIQUID REVIEW — CONCLUSION
I’m not going to beat around the bush; this eliquid has been an absolute treat. If you’re a fan of Jammy Dodgers (or just biscuits in general), I think you’re going to love Panda by BEAR Flavors as much as I do. I actually only planned to use one of the four bottles I received (I like to share), but I’m vapin’ away on the second bottle as we speak.
It’s *THAT* good.
Would I buy BEAR Flavors Panda again? 100% yes. I’m obsessed with this stuff right now. Remember how I got about almost all of The Rochford Project’s eliquid range? I’m the same with Panda by BEAR Flavors right now. OBSESSED.
Would I recommend BEAR Flavors Panda to you? If you like a Jammy Dodger, you’re going to really enjoy this ejuice. If you like biscuits, or custardy-goodness, or scrummy, soft berries, give this one a try. I don’t think you’ll be disappointed. I sure wasn’t.
