Liberro Amo

I went with the ‘Best Seller” on the site when I ordered from Liberro. I’d never heard of the company before my friend had bought it up in conversation as we were comparing our electronic cigarettes, and according to them, Liberro were the ‘best ecigarette’ brand they’d ever tried. It’s set itself high expectations, that’s for sure! Amo Full Starter Pack

At £39.00, it’s not as expensive as I thought it would be, especially when you put it side by side with other tank-style e-cigarettes out there. With most other kits, you only get one battery too. With the Liberro Amo Full starter pack, you’ll get two. Did I mention you could pick the colour too – you have a choice of either black or pink.

You’ll get a set of two atomisers or ‘tanks’ to go with your two batteries, plus a ‘rapid’ USB charger, a cute little zip case to store everything in, and even a 10ml bottle of e-liquid to send you on your way. It’s a pretty impressive little kit for the price. The EC247 kit didn’t contain a bottle of e-liquid, if you wanted to compare this along with other kits…

There are a couple of other electronic cigarettes offered by Liberro but I won’t review them until I’ve tried them… obviously! There’s the Liberro Go and The Realis too. I can’t wait to give those a try!

E-Liquid

75ed0568b1c5a90de108d843a728db30.image.250x250This is one of the most important things for me. If they don’t have the right strengths or flavours available, I won’t be impressed. I don’t even use the various flavours that often but it’s nice to have variety at your fingertips, right? 😉

There are two types of liquid available on the Liberro website. There’s Liquid Purity and just plain Liquid. The Liquid Purity stuff is more expensive and contains better, higher-grade ingredients. You get what you pay for, it would seem.

There are far too many flavours to list which automatically scores them a massive point in my book. With flavours such as Brandy Snap, Cafe Noir, Eskimo, Maple Cured, Rich Corona, Vanilla Indulgent and Warm Hickory, there’s something to suit everyone.

Not all flavours are available in all strengths, and the most generic strength I could find was 1.8%. This is good if you’ve already started weaning yourself down the nicotine chain, but if you’re just starting out with e-cigarettes, 1.8% nicotine strength might not be enough for you.

Accessories

You can get various colours of atomiser for your Liberro Amo e-cigarette so if you fancy pink, blue or green, it’s worth having a peek. These are £5.49 each, but you can get a pack of 4 for just £20. It’s always well worth buying in bulk.

A spare 1100mAh battery will set you back £16.00 and considering it only takes about two and half hours to fully charge, will give you over 1,000 puffs on a full charge. In short, this will last you for the entire day if you use it like a ‘regular’ smoker would smoke.

You can get a baby 350mAh battery for £12.00, and takes just as long to charge (in my experience), but only lasts for about five hours.

A spare USB ‘rapid’ charger is £7, a car adapter is the same price, and the mains adapter is the same.

When it comes to value for money, Liberro electronic cigarettes have got things sorted!

Delivery

To be honest, the shipping prices were fairly reasonable which was pleasantly surprising. £5.49 is ‘regular’ 1-2 working day delivery but if you spend over £50 or £100, shipping is free. When you buy the starter kit I bought, plus add a couple of ‘spares’ or e-liquids on the order, you’ve basically got free shipping and you’re sorted for the next couple of months at least.

Warranty

The warranty is important with any e-cigarette. The last thing you’ll want is for one to break and then not being able to get your free replacement because you didn’t follow the terms and conditions for the warranty or whatever. Trust me – you’ll get annoyed. I’ve been there.

The batteries are guaranteed for just four weeks after you buy them but at least Liberro don’t offer you ‘free lifetime warranty’ that only lasts for six months or five replacements. Yes, I’ve come across these too!

The e-liquid and cartomisers / atomisers / tanks are not covered by your warranty so if you get a broken one, and occasionally you will, it’s just cheaper and easier to buy yourself a new one. You’ll spend longer on the phone arguing with them than anything else and it’s just not worth your time. Plus you’ll lose the battle.

Do Liberro Amo E-Cigarettes Work?

I really liked the Liberro Amo e-cigarette and it did the job it was intended to do. The battery lasted for the length of time expected which makes a change, and I actually got about three months worth of puffing on it before it needed replacing too. Some I’ve tried have died after just a couple of weeks or recharging.

The atomisers were great and gave an ample amount of vapour and throat hit. Obviously this will depend on the liquid strength and flavour that you buy. I was pretty impressed with the flavours myself, to be fair. Some of them have a habit of being fine for five minutes and then not tasting great. I don’t know why this is. But the Liberro liquids are great – I was more than happy with them.

Is The Liberro Amo E-Cigarette The Best E-Cigarette?

Perhaps not the best, but not far off! The only thing I would suggest is for them to add more strengths to their flavours of e-liquid on the website. The smoking experience was pleasant and I used it for a few months. Normally I get bored well before then and move onto the next one. I think the price could be looked at too. When comparing this to other similar e-cigarettes that were a lot cheaper, I’d probably be more inclined to go for one of the others to get better value for money. This might be a good brand but the price…. It could be a bit cheaper!

I’d rate Liberro Amo E-Cigarettes 3.5 stars out of 5! Very impressive stuff! And great value for money too!
