Hey, vapers! What’s happening in your world? Do you want to know what’s happening in my world? Some lemony goodness, that’s what. And if you’re on the hunt for something a little different in the lemon department, I think this might be a juice you’re really going to like. Today, ladies and gentlemen, I would like to present to you my Sugar Pie Vapes 50/50 Lemon Glazed Donut eliquid review. And my, what a cracker of an eliquid it is.
Sugar Pie Vapes 50/50 Range
I’ve been lucky enough to try all of the Sugar Pie Vapes range, starting with the high-VG, sub-ohm stuff, before moving onto the MTL 50/50 range. They haven’t all appealed to my taste buds, of course. I don’t think that’ll ever happen. Firstly, I’m a woman and I’m never happy. Secondly, there’s bound to be a ‘dud’ in every range. I probably shouldn’t say that but I stand by my declaration.
I talk a lot about Sugar Pie Vapes and the company they come from, TABLites, a lot in previous reviews, so I won’t go around repeating myself time and time again. I’ll sum up the basics and let you read the rest if you want to.

Sugar Pie Vapes 50/50 Lemon Glazed Donut Eliquid Review
So, I cracked open the 10ml bottle (mine was 6mg), and popped it in my Jac Vapour Series-S22 tank + 0.7-ohm Turbo S-Coil. The tank went on top of the Neon Box Mod (because it was the closest one to hand that was fully charged), and I vaped it at 11 watts.
Firstly: the Jac Vapour Series-S22 tank (second one) is much better behaved than the first one and I absolutely need to bring you that update soon.
Secondly: the 0.7-ohm coils are an absolute delight for delivering amazing MTL flavour.
Thirdly: the downfall of amazing flavour is that they don’t last as long as the regular S-coils do. That’s to be expected.
I should probably talk about the actual eliquid now. I’m so easily distracted.
There’s a truckload of sugar in this bottle, and that’s what you can smell right away. Right now, bottle in hand, I’m slightly concerned that we might have a repeat of the carrot cake eliquid scenario. And to save you the trouble of reading all about it, that carrot cake juice was so sugary-sweet that I thought I had actual sugar in my mouth. It actually made me feel a bit sick.
You can definitely smell a hint of lemon, but nowhere near as much as I thought … or would hope for. If I didn’t know what this flavour was and just smelled it blind, I’d probably say it smelled like sweet lemon cake. I guess that’s not far off what it’s meant to be.
“A freshly made, fluffy warm donut, lovingly drizzled with a sweet and tangy citrus glaze, once you taste one Lemon Glazed Donut you’ll want to finish the whole box.”
Lemon Glazed Donut is NOTHING like Lemon Cookie Dough, another in the Sugar Pie Vapes high-VG range. Let’s get that business out the way nice and early. They’re not the same at all, despite being both lemon-based. (And you know how sometimes lemon-based eliquids can taste a bit same-old, same-old.) I really liked the uniqueness of Lemon Cookie Dough, a hint of spice about it that I hadn’t found anywhere else.
I think this one — Lemon Glazed Donut — tastes more like lemon drizzle and less like donuts, but that’s not necessarily a bad thing. It’s a really good lemon drizzle. Definitely moreish. Sweet but not sickly, and a little tangy, too. I was just hoping for more of that crispy seaside donuttiness like I found in Lord Cogingtons Sugar Donut. That’s a personal thing, though, not necessarily a reflection on the eliquid itself. I did read somewhere that there was more of a donutty hit on the exhale, but I still just found myself with a whole loada lemon. The inhale is tangier, but both in and out, lemon drizzle is the stand-out flavour. It almost tastes sticky in your mouth. Very nice.
Throat Hit & Vapour
I had a 3mg bottle of Sugar Pie Vapes 50/50 Lemon Glazed Donut eliquid and I did enjoy it, but I’d be more inclined to try the 6mg when I restock. (And yes, I will be restocking.) I’d usually buy 6/12mg in 50/50 (mouth-to-lung) eliquid, and I kept bumping the watts up as I vaped the 3mg bottle. Maybe I’d taste more donuttiness in the 6mg? I’ll let you know!
Sugar Pie Vapes 50/50 Lemon Glazed Donut Eliquid Review – Conclusion
I really liked this eliquid, but I *did* kinda think that it would have been a bit nicer with more of a gruffer donut hint. I’d give it 4/5 now, but with a sprinkle more donut, I’d definitely give it 5/5 stars. I’m not always the biggest fan of fruity flavoured MTL eliquid, but I went back to this one time and time again and finished the bottle in two days. (For MTL, that’s fast for me. I don’t usually vape one flavour from bottle start-to-finish.)
Would I buy Sugar Pie Vapes 50/50 Lemon Glazed Donut eliquid again? Yep. I’m pining for it a little bit. I might not think that it’s entirely true to taste, but it’s definitely got a great taste. Thankfully, I got a big bottle of Lemon Cookie Dough high-VG juice to console myself now that this one has run out.
Would I recommend Sugar Pie Vapes 50/50 Lemon Glazed Donut eliquid to you? I absolutely would, but if you’re not a big fan of sweet eliquids, this one might be too sugary for you. It’s definitely more sweet lemon drizzle than tangy fresh lemon, and if you want more gruff donut than sweet fruit, again, I think you’ll be a little bit disappointed. (Only a little bit.) I very much enjoyed the bottle though, and it’s one I’ll be restocking for sure.
